Accessibility statement
Struxify B2B Quote & Agent – b2b.struxify.io
Struxify (owner: Dávid-Dennis Warning, Bürgermeister-Steenbock-Straße 21 a, 24558 Henstedt-Ulzburg, Germany) strives to make the website b2b.struxify.io and the Shopify app “Struxify B2B Quote & Agent” accessible to everyone – regardless of physical or technical limitations. This statement provides the accessibility information under Section 14 in conjunction with Annex 3 of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz, BFSG).
1. Description of the service
Struxify B2B Quote & Agent is a Shopify app for merchants in B2B and wholesale. It uses AI to process customer requests from email, the storefront chat or pasted text, turns them into reviewable draft orders in Shopify and sends quotes by email and as a PDF; customers can accept quotes on an acceptance page via link or QR code. The website b2b.struxify.io provides information about the app and a waitlist. Billing runs exclusively through Shopify. The service is offered exclusively to businesses (B2B).
2. Applicable requirements
The benchmark is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, conformance level AA, together with the European standard EN 301 549 (chapter 9, web), which the BFSG and its implementing regulation refer to. Please note: Struxify is a micro-enterprise within the meaning of Section 2 no. 17 BFSG and is therefore exempt from the statutory accessibility requirements for services under Section 3 (3) BFSG. In addition, the service is not offered to consumers. I implement the requirements voluntarily.
3. Conformance status
Based on my self-assessment of October 10, 2026 (automated testing with axe-core, manual keyboard testing), the website b2b.struxify.io (German and English) is largely conformant with WCAG 2.2 level AA. In particular, the following are in place:
- keyboard operability, visible focus indicator, “skip to content” link
- semantic structure (headings, landmarks, lists, tables with column headers)
- sufficient colour contrast (at least 4.5:1 for text); traffic-light colours are also named in text
- forms with visible labels, required-field marking and announced error messages
- responsive layout down to 320 px width, zoom up to 400%, respecting the “reduce motion” setting
- language marking of the German and English pages
Non-accessible content and known limitations
- The app interface runs inside the Shopify admin and uses the Shopify Polaris design system. The Shopify admin itself is provided by Shopify and is outside my control.
- The quote PDF is currently not a tagged (accessible) PDF. All of its content – lines, prices, totals and verification code – is available as equivalent text on the acceptance page and in the quote email.
- The legal texts (terms, privacy policy, DPA, legal notice) are also available as an English convenience translation; only the German version is legally binding.
