Email inbox
Every shop gets its own address. Just forward customer emails – the AI even finds the original sender behind “Fwd:”.
Coming soon to the Shopify App Store
Shopify app for B2B and wholesale
Your business customers write “same as last time, but 72 rolls”? Struxify reads emails and chats, recognises products and quantities, matches them to your catalog and prepares the draft order. You review, click – done.
Hi, please send the brown tape again like in May, this time 72 rolls. Plus 500 double-wall boxes and 6 stretch films. Thanks!
Live demo, no install
Enter your store address. The demo writes a typical customer request for your products and turns it into a quote right in front of you.
Use the address your customers open: your own domain or your-shop.myshopify.com. The store must be open to customers – the demo cannot read password-protected stores (such as development stores).
For this the demo reads the publicly visible products of that store once. None of it is stored. Details in the privacy policy.
No retyping, no hunting for SKUs – and you stay in control.
Forwarded by email, from the storefront chat or simply pasted in – free text is enough.
Products, quantities and units are recognised, matched to your catalog and given a confidence score.
Quickly check the yellow lines, click “Create quote”, send it to the customer by email or as a PDF. When they accept via QR code or link, the order is created automatically.
Built for shops whose customers would rather write than click.
Every shop gets its own address. Just forward customer emails – the AI even finds the original sender behind “Fwd:”.
Business customers describe what they need right in your shop. The agent asks for quantity and variant and hands the finished request to your team.
When a customer refers to an earlier order, the AI finds the matching line in their history – quantity included.
Detects the ordering rhythm of your regular customers and flags who is due, overdue or has gone quiet – sorted by usual order value.
Your customer can ask a question or make a counter-offer on the quote. You reply, with a discount if you like – and they get the updated quote right away.
A block for your theme: customers type SKUs and quantities into a table – with Tab, Enter and arrow keys, just like Excel – or upload a CSV or Excel file. Logged-in customers see “My purchase list” built from their orders. Then straight into the cart or sent to you as a request.
Business customers register via a form in your shop or in the chat. The app checks the VAT ID live against the EU’s VIES system and approves valid numbers automatically: customer tag, VAT ID, tax exemption for other EU countries, and with Shopify B2B also company and price list. Alternatively you approve requests with a business registration document in one click.
The app spots products that have barely sold in the last 90 days but are still in stock. When a customer asks for a discount, the chat agent can make a counter-offer within your discount limit – say, a smaller discount plus a free sample. Off by default, you switch it on. If you like, the app automatically adds a sample above an order value you set.
Every line gets a score from 0 to 100. Green is safe, yellow and red have to be confirmed one by one. No guesswork.
Correct a match once and the app remembers how your customer phrased it. Next time it’s right.
You decide who gets which share of requests (e.g. 2× for full-time). Everyone gets an email with a direct link to the review page; a pie chart shows the distribution.
Lines, total, PDF link and checkout link go to your customer in one click. Replies land in your own inbox.
Your logo, legal details in the footer, net, tax and gross per rate. The PDF is generated fresh from the draft on every request and is never stored.
Every PDF carries a verification code calculated from its content. When your customer scans the QR code or clicks the link, the app checks automatically that lines and prices are unchanged.
Order on invoice (default), redirect to Shopify checkout, or just flag it for review – one setting, no extra steps. Customer and team get a confirmation.
If the customer belongs to a company in Shopify, that company’s catalogs and prices apply to the draft automatically.
If every line is unambiguous, the app creates the draft on its own. One uncertain line – and a human takes a look.
The app runs right inside your Shopify admin, the chat in your storefront – no extra login, no second interface.

Simplified illustration of the app interface (the app itself is currently in German).
By default every draft is created only when you click. Autopilot is optional and only kicks in when every line is unambiguous.
A request becomes a draft. An order is only created once your customer formally accepts the quote via QR code or link – and the verification code confirms nothing was changed. The app never charges anyone.
Confidence per line, original text alongside, reasoning for reorders – you always see why the AI suggests something.
Servers in the EU, sender allowlist for the email inbox, order history in the chat only for logged-in customers.

All prices per 30 days, billed through your Shopify invoice: in US dollars – or the same amount in euros if your store is billed in euros. No VAT is charged (German small-business rule, § 19 UStG). Cancel any month. No overage charges: when a quota is used up, that AI feature pauses until the next period – you never pay extra.
Pairs well: freight
Every quote needs the right freight costs: Struxify Freight & Tiers calculates carrier rates and tier prices from your forwarder's Excel sheet – at checkout and with a freight and pallet booster in the cart.
Struxify B2B Quote & Agent is fully built and currently being submitted to the Shopify App Store. Sign up below – you’ll get an email as soon as you can install it.
The app never charges anyone. A request first becomes a draft order in Shopify. It only turns into an order once your customer formally accepts the quote – via the QR code or link in the PDF. By default this creates an order on invoice with payment pending; alternatively the app redirects to Shopify checkout or just flags the acceptance until you complete it. You choose in the settings.
No. Every quote PDF carries a verification code calculated from its lines, quantities, prices and totals. Change a single number in the document and the code no longer matches – the acceptance is rejected. The acceptance link is also signed, expires after 90 days, and each quote can be accepted only once.
Nowhere. The PDF is generated fresh from the current draft in Shopify on every request and delivered directly – no copy stays on the app's server or with third parties. You set your logo and footer once in the app settings.
AI can be wrong – that’s why the app shows a confidence score from 0 to 100 for every line. Anything below 90 is flagged and must be confirmed by you. You always see the original text next to it.
Free text from emails, chats or notes: product names, synonyms, SKUs, quantities and units – even references like “same as in May, but 72 rolls”. Requests can be in German or English.
Every customer request the AI processes – pasted in, forwarded by email or from the chat. A request can contain any number of lines (text up to 12,000 characters). The chat agent also has its own quota of customer messages (Pro 1,000, Business 1,500 per month). When a quota is used up, the feature pauses until the next period – there are no overage charges.
Yes, if you want to. By default quick order is only available to logged-in customers; in the settings you can open it to guests as well. Guests can add items to the cart or send them as a request with their email address. “My purchase list” is only available to logged-in customers, because it is built from their order history.
Yes. For every request the app queries the VAT ID directly in the EU’s VIES system. If it is valid and automatic approval is on, the customer is approved immediately. If it is invalid, the request is rejected – unless the customer has uploaded proof. If VIES is temporarily unavailable, the request comes to you for approval. An uploaded business registration document is deleted as soon as you have decided on the request.
Not without your okay. The AI counter-offer is switched off by default; the agent then names no discounts and notes the request for you instead. If you switch it on, it offers at most the discount you set as the limit and – if purchase prices are maintained in Shopify – keeps your minimum margin. You always create the final quote. The storefront chat is included in Pro and Business.
The app runs on servers in the EU (Netherlands). For text recognition, the request text is sent to Google Gemini. Details are in the privacy policy.
No. With Shopify B2B (companies, catalogs) price lists are applied automatically. Without B2B the app works with your regular product prices.
Partly. The storefront chat agent replies in your customer’s language, and requests in English are understood. The admin interface, quote PDF and emails are currently in German; English versions are planned.
Yes. Billing runs through Shopify and ends when you uninstall the app – monthly, no minimum term.
